At The Passion Print Project, each framed print is made to order and produced through our trusted print fulfilment partners. This helps us reduce unnecessary waste while ensuring every order is carefully created, packed, and shipped to you.

Where We Ship

We currently only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.

At this time, our framed prints are not available for international delivery. If this changes in the future, we will update this policy accordingly.

UK Print Fulfilment

We work with local print facilities in the UK to produce and fulfil our framed prints. Where possible, your order will be printed and shipped from a UK-based facility to help keep delivery efficient and reduce unnecessary transport.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on your order and delivery address.

We offer free UK shipping on orders over £120.

Please note that any free shipping threshold is calculated based on the order subtotal after discounts and before any shipping charges are applied.

Order Processing

All of our prints are made to order. This means your order is only produced once it has been placed.

Because of this, please allow time for both production and delivery. During busy periods, such as holidays or promotional periods, production and dispatch may take slightly longer than usual.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery estimates shown on our website, at checkout, or in order updates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

While we always aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible, delivery times can vary depending on production times, courier capacity, seasonal demand, weather conditions, local disruption, strikes, or other events outside our reasonable control.

We cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date unless this has been expressly confirmed by us in writing.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, you will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow time for tracking links to update, as courier tracking may not show movement immediately after dispatch.

Delays and Unforeseen Shipping Issues

We do our best to ensure that every order is produced and delivered within the estimated timeframe. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, postal disruption, severe weather, seasonal demand, incorrect delivery details, access issues, or other unforeseen events.

If your order appears to be delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to help investigate the issue with the courier or fulfilment partner.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Please make sure your delivery address is correct before placing your order.

We cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided at checkout. If you notice an error in your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has entered production or dispatch.

Lost, Missing, or Damaged Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

For damaged items, please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging. This helps us investigate the issue and work towards a suitable resolution.
